Our check-in process was frustrating due to an overcharge that took too long to resolve. It was disheartening to speak to multiple staff members before finding someone who acknowledged the issue. The lack of proper customer service training was evident, leading to unnecessary stress .

Would love to stay here again for a weekend. The venue is clean, the staff is very-very nice and affable. Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with super comfy bed, TV, a pull out couch.

It had convenient location, near to the airport. I was upgraded to a nice size and brand-new standard king room on tv with my name the screen.

It was just a proper fit for a weekend in Grande Prairie with fantastic value for money. The oatmeal with raisins and pecans was fabulous, top notch! Make sure to ask for extra coffee creamers in your room.

Convenient, great for easy access to local attractions. Parking was a bit challenging due to big trucks on the weekend. I enjoyed my solo stay and found the amenities satisfactory.

Request extra coffee creamers upon check-in for a more enjoyable morning. The in-room coffee station could use improvement.

What a lovely and modern stay! The spacious room was comfortable with a big TV and the bedding felt luxurious. I really enjoyed the prompt and friendly service from the staff. The location is fantastic and surprisingly quiet.

Located conveniently near Beaverlodge, this modern hotel impressed with its spacious accommodations and friendly service. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the delicious cheese rolls . Parking was somewhat inconvenient due to the busy weekend crowd, and the Wi-Fi could be unreliable. A positive experience with great amenities.

This hotel was fantastic with spacious rooms and a great staff. The food was delicious, but the elevators were a bit scary, causing distress for my child. Cleanliness in some areas could be better, but overall, I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.
